A registered charity and not-for-profit organisation, Brunel Training Group works in partnership with local government and numerous industry bodies, continually re-investing in providing the highest standards of training and support.

Brunel Training Group provides bespoke training solutions tailored to suit the individual requirements of a wide range of organisations within both the public and private sectors. The company employs trainers with in-depth industry knowledge, specialised skills and grass roots experience to deliver employee training which encompasses management and team development, health and safety, IT and legislation.

Brunel Training Group also has specialist knowledge of the Modern Apprenticeship scheme and has helped thousands of young people launch their careers. It actively recruits over 150 young people each year, matching their skills and interests with the requirements of its member companies. Brunel Training Group supports the apprentices as they work towards NVQ awards and administers the scheme on behalf of companies, removing the bureaucracy and accessing Government funding to off-set many of the costs.

Established in 1978, the company has achieved Investors in People and ISO 9001 status and is an approved training centre for a wide range of industry bodies. Brunel Training Group is also the preferred training provider for the LLSC (Local Learning and Skills Council) and a Learndirect centre.

Services
Over the last year, in addition to managing the training of over 400 apprentices in the engineering, manufacturing and technology sectors, the company has provided a wide variety of training programmes (including management, IT and health and safety) to over 2,000 people.
