Step 2. We look at the works required and give you a quote in writing or on the spot if we can.
Step 3. If you agree to the quote we arrange a suitable start date to commence the works required.
All works are guaranteed and we have £1m liability insurance cover.

We are a friendly Company focused on customer satisfaction and earning a fair return for a job well done.
Founded by myself (Michael Harris) from Ireland I decided to start my own business as I had an interest in property. I have purchased quite a few properties myself and done them up. During this process I began to create a team of people that were highly skilled in their profession and decided to start my own Building / Property Maintenance Company.
As my wife is from Poland we have quite a few contacts and found a few people who are multi skilled in their profession and also reliable and trustworthy.
