We would like to welcome you to our home in the friendly village of Niedernsill located in the beautiful Hohe Tauern National Park.

The local area offers something for everyone; from skiing, snowboarding and tobogganing in the winter to walking, mountain biking golf and lots more for the rest of the year.

There are a choice of good family-friendly restaurants in the village which can be found 4 miles (7km) from the year-round resort of Kaprun famous for it's 3000 metre Kitzsteinhorn Glacier and 6 miles (10 km) from the charming lakeside town of Zell am See.

Haus Anna-Louise is British-owned and has been completely refurbished in 2006 for its first season. We pride ourselves on a warm and friendly welcome and it is our aim to make your stay as enjoyable as possible.

With the skiing areas of Zell am See, Schuttdorf, Kaprun and the new cable car from Hollersbach, linking to the Kitzbuhler Alpen Skiing Arena, we are well placed for every level of skier.

FACILITIES
Niedernsill has its own railway station with regular links to Zell am See. It is also well served by (ski) bus. We also offer free transfers to local skiing areas at Kaprun (including the Kitzsteinhorn Glacier), Schuttdorf, Zell am See and Hollersbach for up to 6 people. Haus Anna-Louise also has car parking spaces for up to 4 cars.
