PhoneJoan was launched in 2002 by Joan Williamson, who developed a passion for customer service during 20+ years in the computer industry.

Our members come from a variety of backgrounds - busy executives, mums and dads at home, people who have to work away from home during the week - they all find our service a valuable element of their everyday lives.

Members pay a quarterly subscription fee, with individual services priced on a time or project related basis. Our guiding principle is to offer excellent service levels and consistent value for money.
