What IS covered?

• All parts and labour, unlimited repairs, initial visit within 2 hours.
• Annual safety service and general clean up of the appliance covered.
• Carbon monoxide test for appliance and room appliance located.
• The central heating boiler, water heater, gas fire or wall heater. Or a combination of these dependent on requirement, cover option and payment, under 70kw.
• The radiators (except designer and specials) and valves (8 or less radiator system).
• The cylinder and thermostat.
• The feed and expansion tank (heating only)
• The programmer and room thermostat.
• The pump and zone valves.
• The pipework (except lead and steel, and undersized pipework).
• The radiants or coal/log sets if gas fires covered, and parts available.
• Scale and corrosion damage if we installed the boiler and inhibitor refreshed every 5 years as per our recommendations (inhibitor is charged extra at £85).
