Stress Audits
We can conduct comprehensive stress audits, using the HSE Stress Management standards and methodology. Or we can provide you with a quick snapshot of the key issues which are concerning staff and a set of recommendations for dealing with stress.
Management briefings
These provide a useful way to inform people quickly and interactively about key issues relating to causes of stress. They also include some of the stress management techniques which can be employed to reduce stress levels and improve performance. As well as briefings, which relate directly to dealing with stress, topics such as time management techniques and developing assertiveness skills are also useful in the reduction of stress levels.
Team training programmes
