Liz Mouratsing is an established life coach practicing in Hemel Hempstead in Hertfordshire and coaches people from all over the UK, Europe, South Africa and the United States on a 1-2-1 and group basis, face to face and also over the phone. Liz specialises in enthusing and helping people to realise and achieve their work and life goals.

Whether this is in the workplace, at home or within relationships. Liz has gained qualifications and working experience to effectively help others in dealing with negativity, healing the bad times and making them better.

As a qualified Life Coach Liz has a number of tools which have proven to provide results, tailored to each individual. Liz also has a unique flair of listening to clients’, helping them to see repeating negative thought and behavioural patterns and examine the root of the dilemma, then guiding them to take positive steps forward.

This unique flair comes from over 30 years experience in both management and hands-on nursing in both public and private sectors. It was her love of the mentoring side of the nursing roles that led Liz to train and practise in what she clearly excels in and has a passion for.
