Your first step to eliminating these problems is to have a Food Intolerance Test. We use Kinesiology (Muscle Testing) to detect what it is that you are sensitive to.

After identifying the food sensitivities, we then design an individual nutritional programme for you, which you follow for a month. Most people respond very favourably to this approach. After a month we then check your tolerance levels and make changes to your nutritional programme and test6 for any vitamin/mineral deficiencies.
