PGS Accountancy Limited was formed in 2002 in order to provide a personal service to smaller businesses without the high fees of some of the larger firms. The founder, Paul Stark, is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales and has been a practising accountant for over 10 years.

Based in Bilton, on the outskirts of Kingston-upon-Hull, we are ideally placed for businesses across East Yorkshire and have clients as far away as the Midlands benefiting from our value for money service.
