Why have a Colonic?

Will one Colonic completly empty the Colon?

Almost never. Firstly, many of us have a considerable amount of impacted faeces in our Colon. This is hardened, rubbery or wallpaper like material. Substantial work must be done to remove it. One Colonic will remove some of the stagnant waste, but the 2nd and 3rd will remove more of the hardened waste.

Sometimes depending on your condition, but generally your body replaces the good bacteria naturally within 48 hours.
