I am a Master Hypnotic Consultant and Certified Master Practitioner & Trainer in Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP), and started my career after reading the amazing "Unleash The Power Within" by Anthony Robbins back in 1995.

I am also proud to have completed Robbins' famed "Firewalk" not once, but twice.

I hold diplomas in Smoking Cessation (Dip S.C.) Hypnotherapy and Psychotherapy (Dip H.P.); Complete Mind Therapy (DCMT); and Advanced Stage Hypnosis (DASH).

I was granted membership to the British Stop Smoking Association (BSSA), the Association of Professional Hypnotherapists and Psychotherapists (APHP); the Association of Complete Mind Therapists (ACMT); the Association of Professional Stage Hypnotists (APSH).

I am also a licensed Advanced Practitioner & Trainer of Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) and EmoTrance (ET).

EFT is often the first introduction to Energy Psychology and Meridian Energy Therapies, because its approach is so simple and straightforward to learn and yet is profoundly powerful in its effects.

Although it overturns conventional thinking about therapeutic change, the results are transformative.

Tapping or holding a sequence of accupuncture points while tuning into a problem causes blocks and distress to melt away rapidly and gently, like snow in the sunshine.

This accelerated process enables clients and therapists to work rapidly through layers of decisions and beliefs, memories and emotions to treat the root cause of dysfunction.

EFT has been proven clinically effective (over 80%) for Trauma, Abuse, Stress, Anxiety, Fears, Phobias, Depression, Grief, Addictive Cravings, Children's Issues and hundreds of physical symptoms including headaches, body pains and breathing difficulties. It really is the missing piece to the healing puzzle.

EmoTrance is based on the very simple pre-supposition, namely that emotions are not a problem, regardless of their severity or 'label' but that the way emotions are being handled in our systems is causing many, many problems of many kinds.

With EmoTrance we work with the energy blocks that give rise to our negative emotions by focussing on the physical sensation of that energy block in the system, softening it and encouraging it to flow through and out of the body, freeing up our negative emotion.

We can also train our energy systems to respond in a more healthy and energising way to incoming energy from our environment, ie. we can change how we respond to criticism, compliments, love etc, what people say & do to us, our life experiences, thereby transforming us to a more 'emotionally healthy' individual.
